Candied Salmon

Our candied Salmon is a blend of wet brine consisting of brown sugar, honey pure maple syrup, and a dash of a secret. It is cured for 24 hours removed and cooled for 24 to 36 hours until it becomes translucent. Then smoked for a finished smoked flavor. All candied salmon is curred in delicious brine before being wood-smoked.
